Technical Welding Services (Rochdale) Ltd makes and refurbishes extruder screws and barrels for the plastics, rubber and feed industries.
Because most of our work is in plastics, injection moulders started asking us to repair broken tie bars. After a lot of trials we developed our own welding procedure for tie bars. That work led on to high pressure die casting machines too.
